Shanghai International Sourcing Promotion Center Co., Ltd (ISPC) is an International Sourcing Promotion Organization approved by Shanghai Municipal Government. Since its establishment in 2002, ISPC is dedicated in providing  trading services for buyers and suppliers. Through co-operation with consulates in China, domestic foreign trade organizations, commercial organizations, trade promotion organizations as well as developing Quality Chinese Supplier Database, ISPC communicate with buyers worldwide, manage and exchange trading information and service between buyers and suppliers, promoting world trading activities.

Establishing International Sourcing Promotion Center is an important step to utilize resources and domino effect of Shanghai as an economic center. It is also a key action to ensure continuous development of China Foreign Trade. The establishment of ISPC is a great push to expand sales channels, alter trading methods, reduce middle processes, assisting suppliers from organizing raw materials, production and logistics, entering global sourcing network.
